00 / Summary

A Make scenario that turns a client’s Instagram post into an SEO-ready WordPress draft, then emails it to me for review.

The problem

Every client post carried a second job: reread the caption, find the angle, write the article, format it for search, and get it into WordPress. Done by hand, it was repetitive work that pulled time away from the build.

The build

I built a Make scenario that watches the client’s Instagram. When a new post lands, it reads the caption and images with Gemini, writes an SEO-ready article, and files it in WordPress as a draft. Then it emails me that the draft is ready.

The detail

The automation stops at the draft. I review the article, make any edits and publish, so the voice and the final call stay human. The scenario reads the post and the images in separate branches before assembling the draft, and every run is logged.

The scenario runs on Make and files every article as a WordPress draft. The only manual step left is the review and publish.
